FAQ: AI interviews when English is not first language

Will they hire me if my English is not perfect?

If the role is not "native-level communications specialist," they hire clarity and skill. Unclear structure is what fails loops. Accent reduction is usually the wrong spend.

Can I use a translator in my ear?

Earpiece + second device is a common Reddit hack. It adds delay and a gaze/pause tell. A near-camera overlay of your bullets is cleaner if you use live help at all.

Should I tell them English is my second language?
